The service is alright. Some of the employees aren't the nicest to the customers, yet others are just amazing with their customers. The food is good, especially the biscuits, yet they have gotten our order wrong many times, or they forgot to put an item in our bag. The pricing is pretty good, not to expensive. Just wish the service was way better.

Both my husband and I ordered spicy chicken and most of it was breading and the pieces were small. They give you muffins but no butter. We had decided we were not going to back but as we were leaving the way the sun was reflecting on the doors and windows you could see that they were filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. What does that say for the restaurant.

Got my order, the food just about fell out of the tiny bag they gave me, No napkins ! Not a very good experience, And WHY DON'T YOU OVER ORDER THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES????????? This Is RIDICULOUS!!!! -

What is up with the tiny pieces? The last three times I've stopped to get food here I've gotten tiny pieces where the legs weren't much bigger than the drumette on a wing. The thighs were tiny, too.

I stopped into this Popeye's on Craig and Tenaya to get a carry-out order. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. Especially the cashier Keyshia and Morrinae she greeted everybody with enthusiasm and was very courteous as she took your order. The rest of the staff was professional also. There was a problem with the tenders not being ready one of the other associates properly let the customers know who order tenders that it'll be a 10 minute wait. Excellent job keep up the good work.
